A Symbiotic Relationship...

...Two year olds and Tomato Horn Worms.

These green caterpillar garden pests are eating my tomato plants! Fortunately, Dash loves to pick them off and play with them.

Jack-Jack has one, too!
Apparently they like to ride in fire trucks:

Today, somewhat inspired by The Creative Family, which I just finished reading (note to self to do a post for Building Cathedrals on it), Dash made a caterpillar house. In case you didn't know and are trying to build a house for one, Tomato Horn Worms like lots of decorations. They are particularly fond of truck stickers.

Creativity at (Construction) Work

It began as a "dangerous, spiky space crane on Mars" and has since been retasked as a concrete pumper (note the cement truck filling it up!)

I asked what the concrete pumper was building and Dash's answer was a "Kangoo store," which, I am told is, "a store that sells desserts."

Too Cool for Words...
